Remembering him...
Owen Edward VanderVeen was born in San Francisco, CA on March 9, 2022 to Nicholas and Elizabeth VanderVeen. The first moments of his life were full of love and happiness. He loved cuddling with his mommy and holding his daddy’s hand. Shortly after, Owen grew more critically ill leading to him passing away on March 10, 2022 to fetal-maternal hemorrhage. He is survived by his parents, Nicholas and Elizabeth, his paternal grandparents, Tom and Diane VanderVeen, and his maternal grandparents, Benjamin and Victoria Murdock. He will forever be remembered as a strong warrior who fought until the end. Though his time with his family was short, he touched many lives and was loved by those around him.
